"I've seen the fluidity in the Healthcare landscape in the last 10 years, and by all indications, it will continue to dramatically change. In addition to helping train newer generations of physicians, my goal includes helping our physicians successfully navigate the new rules and regulations. If I can help with the well-being of our physicians by creating a good work-life balance, then our AIM Docs will be healthier and happier. In turn, they will be at their peak in providing for the medical needs of our community."
